On Saturday, BJ and I went to the Office Bar here in Norwalk for their Island Party. I work with the lady who owns it and plus, I hadn't been there in ages. We had such a good time!! I discovered a new beer -- Michelob Ultra with Orange and Grapefruit. Deeeeelicious. It tasted more like a sparkeling wine than a beer.
But the highlight of the evening was probably me doing karaoke. The only time I do it is when I am really drunk, but this time I only had a nice buzz going on :) I sang with my co-worker four times!! The only songs to choose from were island-related. So, we sang "Summer of 69," "The Tide is High," "Escape (The Pina Colada Song" and "Fishin' in the Dark". Everyone said I sounded good, but regardless, I had sooooo much fun.
It was nice to get out and have a date night. I think we might do this more often.

Sounds like you had a blast. I wish we would have went. I could always use a little singin' from the Queen.
That sounded like a great time. I would love to do that. I have never done karaoke.
OMG, you two have to come with me the next time. It would be so much fun!
